We want SonicShield™ to work in your home as well as it works in ours. Every order is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee, starting the day your order is delivered.

How it works

Ultrasonic pest control builds results over 2–4 weeks of continuous use. If you've given SonicShield a full 4 weeks plugged in and you're not satisfied with the results — for any reason — contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase in full.

No return shipping required

You do not need to ship anything back to us. Just email support@sonicshield.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience, and we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@sonicshield.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at support@sonicshield.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll cancel and refund it in full. Once an order has shipped, the 90-day guarantee above applies instead.
