1. Products & expected results
SonicShield is a chemical-free ultrasonic pest deterrent. Results build over 2–4 weeks of continuous use and vary with the home, the species involved, and the severity of infestation. SonicShield is a deterrent, not a poison or extermination service, and is not a substitute for professional treatment of severe infestations. Product claims on this site describe typical use and expected behavior, not a guarantee of specific outcomes — which is why every order is backed by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
2. Orders, pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues; if we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full. Promotional pricing (including launch discounts) may change or end at any time.
3. Shipping, returns & refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.
4. Proper use
Use SonicShield indoors, plugged into a standard outlet, per the included instructions. Do not use in rooms housing pet rodents (hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs), rabbits, or similar small mammals, as they are affected by ultrasonic frequencies.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase or use of our products or website is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, product renders, and branding — is the property of SonicShield™ and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
