Shipping Policy
Free US shipping on every order
All orders ship free to all 50 US states. No minimums, no codes needed — the price you see is the price you pay.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Because SonicShield ships from US warehouses, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after processing — most customers receive their order within about a week of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update.
Shipping regions
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming — email support@getsonicshield.com if you'd like to be notified.
Lost, delayed, or missing packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact support@getsonicshield.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, where a package is confirmed lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at support@getsonicshield.com — we can update the address any time before the order ships.
